Disclosed in each sourcing offer
AmanKasuExplore platform ↗THE PILOT BUSINESS MODEL
Earn by making produce sourcing clearer, verifiable and traceable.
A transaction-led agricultural marketplace and operated sourcing service. Start with a focused Nigerian trading corridor, prove repeat demand and contribution margin, then expand.
Haulage quoted separately; no owned fleet
Adoption before recurring software fees
Buyers pay for an operated service.
Begin with resellers and established traders sourcing bulk produce outside their usual contact network. Sellers gain a clearer route to buyers through structured listings and documented handovers.
- Comparable units, source markets and seller-entered prices.
- Itemized goods, commission and haulage costs.
- Inspection summary and delivery terms in one buyer offer.
- Order history and a human path for exceptions.
These are the service design and pilot proposition, not guarantees of quality, profit, delivery or existing traction.
Keep the launch model lean.
Revenue comes from completed, provider-settled transactions. Haulage is a separately disclosed pass-through charge unless a future commercial agreement explicitly establishes a margin.
No lending, owned trucks, mandatory subscriptions or paid AI add-ons in the pilot. Optional future services require evidence of demand and separately validated pricing.
ILLUSTRATIVE ORDER ECONOMICS
Commission is revenue. It is not profit.
Example of the existing stock-order calculation; assisted requests use the fee disclosed in their individual offer. No live freight quote, tax determination or market-price claim. Produce value is not AmanKasu revenue.
Commission collected − payment-provider charges − inspector cost − attributable support − applicable platform taxes/levies − losses, refunds and adjustments borne by AmanKasu.
Do not present a positive margin until these costs are measured. No fixed inspector fee or payment-provider rate is assumed here.
Human accountability at key decisions.
- Buyer requests produce.Quantity, quality, destination and preferred date. No listing is required.
- One Operations coordinator confirms supply.Source from registered sellers or record a supplier confirmed by phone.
- Inspector reports to Operations.Measured findings inform the offer; problems are reviewed by a person.
- Buyer approves one itemized offer.Produce, service fee, confirmed transport cost and delivery terms.
- Operations records delivery updates.Buyer confirms receipt or reports a problem. Payments and payouts are not automated.
Grow only when the corridor works.
- Repeat orders from the same buyers.
- Fulfilled orders versus accepted orders.
- Actual inspection and support cost per trade.
- Dispute rate, causes and resolution time.
- Time from order to delivery and settlement.
- Net contribution per completed order.
These are metrics to collect, not figures we claim to have achieved. The launch corridor, supplier commitments and fulfilment capacity must be verified operationally.
Make intake easier; keep decisions accountable.
The WhatsApp assistant can interpret a buyer’s message as a draft produce request. The buyer confirms the details before submission, while Operations verifies supply and prepares the commercial offer. Fees, permissions and workflow transitions use ordinary software rules.
Voice-assisted field reports remain a future option. Their accuracy and cost must be tested before use. AI does not approve quality, grant access, settle disputes or release money.
BUILT FOR RESPONSIBLE GROWTH
Start focused. Grow with evidence.
Buyer requests, assigned inspections, private evidence and offers are connected in the workspace. Live payments, escrow and automated financial arbitration are not enabled.
